This Privacy Policy describes how Vetted Coffee Club (a project of Lang Ventures) collects, uses, and protects information you provide through vettedcoffeeclub.com. This page is maintained by Vetted Coffee Club to answer common privacy questions about how we handle applicant and member information.

When you submit the application form, we collect:

• First and last name
• Email address
• Mobile phone number
• City
• Entrepreneurship tenure (self-reported)
• Submission timestamp

We do not collect payment information. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

• Review your application for membership
• Contact you by email or SMS about your application, the Founding Gathering, and private roundtables
• Send membership updates and event confirmations
• Improve the application and event experience

Mobile phone numbers and SMS consent are collected only through the application form and are used solely for Vetted Coffee Club communications. We share limited information with vetted service providers that help us operate the site and communicate with applicants:

• Hosting and database infrastructure
• Transactional email delivery
• CRM and workflow automation (GoHighLevel) for application follow-up

These providers only access information necessary to perform their services and are contractually restricted from using it for their own purposes.

The site uses only the cookies and local storage required for basic functionality. We do not sell tracking data. If we add analytics in the future, this policy will be updated.

We retain application information for as long as you remain an applicant or member, and for a reasonable period afterward for recordkeeping. You may request deletion at any time (see below).

We use industry-standard safeguards to protect information in transit and at rest. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to limit access to applicant data to those who need it to operate the club.
